Issued as a model
that would appeal to overseas collectors, it never really caught on.
Although as some thought, issued in a strange colour of metallic green, it
can be seen from the original car above that it was quite normal in this
scheme.
Not a great deal of variations on this model - the first issues had the bonnet gap where it joined to the windscreen plate and this was quickly modified to having a raised filler plate cast behind the bonnet to do away with the gap. Other strengthening modifications concern the gap where the running boards meet the rear mudguards - first it was open then a small lug was cast between this spot and the body, likewise the rear number plate - the sides of the plate can be opened or filled in. The next main variants are either 3 or 4 prong spare wheel holder and metal or black plastic steering wheel, the latter being the later variants. |

So far I have not seen any prepro or colour trial on this model apart from one with Beige seats and another in 'Acrylic Green' | ||
